Family Tree walks with you every step of the way, with information and answers regarding every step in the purchase of your first home. Upon completion of our Homebuyer Education Class you'll have the knowledge - and confidence - to help you make the right moves on your way to that big move.
Renters
You've decided that renting is the housing route for you - but before you sign the lease on that apartment, duplex, or townhouse, do yourself a favor and call Family Tree. There's a lot more to renting than meets the eye - from the intricacies of a lease to your rights as a renter.
Our Home Ownership program creates an opportunity for low to moderate-income families to become homeowners, and provides a step-by-step guide.
Learn At Your Own Pace
When going through a course, you will be connected with Family Tree. Counselors from the our agency will communicate with you as needed to complete your education and help with any additional needs you have. We will require a follow-up session before issuing the certificate of completion.
